Gift Card Missing Balance

So i was placing my order and entered gift cards worth of 50$. When i was about to place the order i got a notify that one of my orders isnt available so i went back and picked another thing... and when i got to the check out it says that your cards balance are ZERO!!! This is really upsetting i have no idea whats going on. Anyone knows what just happened?!
