Gift Card Balance

I've had a couple of gift cards for a year or two and finally decided to use them since I'm in need of a moisturizer, but both cards say they have a balance of 0.00 which does not seem possible. I could be wrong, but I thought Sephora gift cards didn't expire? Each card should have about $30 on it.

My bad--I realized the two gift cards are only valid in-person--is there any way to transfer these to online gift cards?
