Gift Card Balance Gone

I received a $50 gift card for my birthday. I added the gift card to my payment methods in the app, I verified it the balance of $50 and made a purchase. I had a remaining balance of around $25. I went to make another purchase and the gift card is gone. I threw out the plastic card so I can’t add it again.

@Sonjai We don't have an area in which you can save your gift card like a payment method. If you add it at the checkout, at some point the checkout will refresh and remove the card.  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off.
