Full makeup service banned in New Jersey

Why is full face makeup services banned in New Jersey? Every Sephora store in NJ told me it is banned in New Jersey.

The Sephora corporate office needs to get involved and resolve this issue ASAP.

This is ridiculous! Clients can’t get any full face makeup services performed in New Jersey. Your website doesn’t even allow me to book a full face glam makeup service in New Jersey.
