Free makeover coupon?

Hi, I just hit VIB again (ending 12/19) and one of the perks is a freebie makeover. The first time I hit VIB (12/17) I received a mailer with a 10% coupon, a coupon for free shipping and a coupon for a makeover. Will this happen again?
