Free Samples at store checkout no longer offered?

When I first started shopping at Sephora in the Polo Park mall in Winnipeg, MB I would always get at least 3 free small samples with my purchase. The last few times that I have gone I havent received any free samples when I buy something. Is this something new? Or have I just been unfortunate enough to encounter slack sales associates each time?

There are so  many more perks (free small samples, free delux samples) offered when you purchase online that aside from having to wait for your order to arrive I really dont see too much point in purchasing instore anymore....

Hi PrettyHate Our stores don't always have premade samples, since they offer customized samples.  If there is anything you would like to try, just ask a Cast Member to make you a sample!
