Forgot to add promo code to order

Hello - 

 

I was so excited about the offer that I didn’t realize that it wasn’t going to be automatically tabulated, and forgot that I would have to enter it myself at checkout. 

I missed out on my 500 bonus points for my most recent order. 

Please help.
