FleetOptics Shipping

Has anyone else have issues with Fleet Optics where tracking the shipping with Sephora, it says "OUT FOR DELIVERY" but on Fleet Optics tracking it says "Awaiting parcel from shipper". It's been like this since Nov 2nd.
