Fleet Optics "Return to Sender - 2 Duplicate Parcels RTS"

Hi, 

I was expecting to have my parcel delivered today at around 1pm, but waited until 5pm only to have them say that there was a delay and that it is returned to the sender with "2 Duplicate Parcels RTS  " I'm not sure what this means for the products I bought, any help would be much appreciated.
