Fleet Optics … Again

After having several horrible experiences with Fleet Optics I had stopped ordering online from Sephora at the end of last year. However, a few weeks ago there was an online exclusive sale on Purology products. I figured I’d take the risk and get the package delivered to the office at my new job to ensure the package was accepted, since my building is old and does not have buzzers linked to cell phones, or a concierge. This time, the package was delivered by Canada Post without any issue at all (aside from being reprimanded by my boss for having non-work related packages shipped to the office).  However, since that package came through Canada Post, I felt comfortable knowing that I would be able to order again and have my Sephora order delivered by someone competent. 

I was wrong. 

I placed an order last week for another product that is sold out in my city and had it shipped to my apartment building, because Canada Post has parcel lockers there which shields the packages from getting stolen. Much to my absolute disdain, Fleet Optics was given the package. I was furious but it was too late to cancel the order then. They went to deliver the package today, and I am of course at work, working from home is not an option given the nature of my job, and as stated above my cell phone does not connect to the buzzer. I cannot ship the package to my office. They cannot leave the package outside or it would FOR SURE get stolen as I live a block and a half away from a safe injection drug site. They delivery man gave me a bunch of attitude on the phone and told me to contact Fleet Optics to figure it out, because unlike EVERY OTHER CARRIER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, they do not have a pickup location. So if if you miss the delivery a certain amount of times, you’re out of luck. 

i reached out to Fleet Optics right away and no one has gotten back to me. 

Tell me what I’m supposed to do Sephora, tell me how I’m supposed to navigate your garbage package service and get products I can’t get in store. Do you not want loyal customers anymore? Why is this so difficult every. Single. Time? It’s exhausting. You have gotten more than enough negative feedback about Fleet Optics, what is it going to take for you to stop using them?
