Flash Shipping Late

I was wondering if anyone had any issues with their orders being late. I ordered the Tatcha Obento set on 10/14 and it’s still not here! It was a gift for my friend and her birthday is today. I am so disappointed and have no gift for her dinner tonight. Anyone else have trouble like this before?

Flash Shipping Late

In my experience, it is never 2 day shipping. Even when you order before the deadline.
