Flash 2 day shipping now FedEx?????

I paid for 2 day shipping and have since then become Rouge so should have free 2 day shipping, yet an order I placed Wednesday night won’t be here until Tuesday? The quick shipping and free custom makeovers (that are also going away) paired with the decrease in samples is getting ridiculous. FedEx doesn’t even come to my house so now I have to hope they are nice enough to take it to the post office or all 4 of my orders are not going to make it to me at all. Does anyone know if this is temporary or are they doing away with flash shipping now too?? So disappointed!!!
