Flash 2-day shipping is more like 3-7 day shipping

I've been a Rouge member for a few years, and paid for Flash 2 day shipping prior to that. I rarely actually get 2-day shipping. Why offer "2-day" shipping as a perk if you'll never follow it? I bet I would get faster shipping if I just paid for premium shipping as opposed to the perk that I am actually supposed to get. In your description it says 2-day is actually "2 business days" which should be made much more clear when signing up for it.

My most recent order is arriving late and in my last 5 orders, 2/5 are arriving after the estimated 2-day shipping. I even had an order show as shipping standard ground instead of flash 2 day.

Most Recent Order:

• July 23 - Order Date
• July 24 - Site Shows Shipped
• July 24 - Actual Shipped Date
• July 26 - Estimated Delivery Date
• July 27 - Date Actually Received

Another Order:

• May 24 - Order Date
• May 28 - Site shows Shipped (why? the next business day would have been May 27)
• May 29 - Actual Shipped Date according to USPS
• May 29 - Estimated Delivery Date
• May 30 - Date Actually Received
