Faulty product

I'm disappointed with my recent order. I received the anastasia eyebrow pencil in my splurge bag but it is only the shell with no cap or product. I also received none of the samples I picked out.

Problems like that seem to be happening a lot lately! I would email the help desk, they may add some points to your account to make up for it! One time I tried to order a promo sample bag and they completely left it out and they gave me points for it.. They have been bad about sending the incorrect samples lately though, I've wondered if the problem is with the website or in the package facility. Sorry about your pencil though, that sucks!

The very same thing happened to mine! The end where the brush is completely snapped off and then the tip of the brush got caught inside the cap. I was so disappointed as I haven't had the pencil for very long.
