False advertising in the Rewards Bazaar

I am disappointed, sad, and angry over the blatant false advertising of the recent 750pt pillowcase. The description claims it is silk, but it most assuredly is not.

When exposed to flame, silk burns down to ash and smells like burning hair. Polyester is derived from plastic, and just melts. After receiving my pillowcase today and being 90% certain it wasn't silk when I touched it, I burned a corner, and sure enough, it melted, then cooled into a sharp plastic edge. 

I'd like my points back. It is absolutely ridiculous for Sephora to think they can bilk folks out of their points with bald faced lies.

Sephora is a F***ing joke. They ignore blatant laws and rules, and also ignore people's complaints. They do the absolute bare minimum to save face, and when that doesn't solve the issue, they shrug their shoulders and move on to the next con. I doubt they will ever respond to this thread again, and if they do, it will be with a message saying I'm so sorry, I will PM you to get this sorted out" and the PM will be just as helpful as the comment saying they are going to PM you. This company reeks of BS.

I agree, I am very disappointed in the pillowcase, definitely not silk. Also doesn’t have any tab at all with care instructions or country of origin. I find this to be very poor quality and am so disappointed. So Sephora what do you say???? I
