FLEET OPTICS Unable To Access - No answer at call panel ???

i currently have the same problem as her :

''My package was supposed to be delivered today to my apartment building, I was checking the tracking updates every hour. My name is clearly on the call sheet, but the delivery person didn't bother to look for it and buzz me. Very disappointing, I don't know how to reach fleet optics to provide them my buzz number even though its clearly accessible at the front of the building. This isn't the first time I've had this issue''

my door is directly on the street and my buzz number is really clear as well, I h stayed home for it and I missed it without any notice. Very disappointed.
