Expired points!!!!!! What!!!!!

I am so upset! I went to buy a macscara and use my points 671 total points that I was saving and because I didn’t make a purchase using my card I lost all my points!!!!! I was never informed that these points require this or expire! The Sephora store manager didn’t even know this! I earned those points by spending money at Sephora! I will be redoing my business elsewhere and customer service didn’t offer any help or guidance either!!!!

I'm sorry to hear about your points! Points will expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward  or the birthday gift. I'll look into this then send you a PM.
