Expired Tatcha product in the Reward Bazaar

Hello,

I picked the Tatcha Water Cream as a 100-points reward. But when I received it yesterday, the mini jar was empty except for a thick layer of..watery grease? at the bottom (which does smell like the Tatcha Water Cream). I am attaching pictures of the product with batch number 0619112.

I had something similar happening in the past with a Fresh Eye Cream reward; the mini jar was empty except for a thick paste at the bottom. It looks like the Rewards Bazaar is offering expired products... Or, perhaps they are not stored properly, or the contenants were not properly closed, and the content leaked?

I would love to have more information from a moderator - what could be the issue? And also, can I please get points back? Thank you.
