Expired Rouge Reward

Hi, I have a $100 Rouge Reward that recently expired. Due to the pandemic and my husband being in and out the hospital, I inadvertently was not able to use it. I tried emailing customer service but did not receive any help. Please, it was not easy getting those points and I would hate for this to go to waste! I have been Rouge for many years and this is the first time this has happened. I just need some help with my situation and hope that I could get my $100 Reward reissued.
