Expired $100 rouge reward

I had redeemed a $100 reward with my points but due to Covid I couldn't have any chance to use it. I just activated it and try to use it on a purchase online but it shows the reward has expired. Is there anything that can be done to help the situation? I can't bear the loss of $100. Can I please get a new code so I can use my $100? Please assist...

This happened to me as well just yesterday, I wasn't even given 90 days. I have not been able to get to a store due to lockdowns and being immunocompromised. This is my last time being burned by Sephora since it seems to happen all the time and there are no actual benefits to the rouge tier or shopping there in general with the exhorbitant pricing. I've been able to find the products I want at better prices elsewhere, and even during the seasonal sales they don't match up with the value of other retailers. This in addition to the lack of respect and customer care and a shoddy rewards program is a real turnoff. This seems to be a widespread opinion, no one in my circle shops with Sephora anymore for these reasons.

@keelybt I tried to compose a new message but it's saying user@keelybt  doesn't exist so I can't send the message . I tried using the reward code last week and this week and it didn't work. The chat feature also wasn't available which seems to be the case about 90% of the time, so I wasn't able to ask for help there either.
