Exchange from Online order to Sephora in Kohls

Hello! I bought an item online from Sephora and haven’t used it because I wanted a different shade instead. It is not in stock in the freestanding Sephora stores near me. However, it is in stock in Sephora inside Kohls. Is it possible to exchange in person even if it’s Sephora inside Kohls? Thanks!!

Regretfully, items purchased on sephora.com or in our freestanding Sephora stores cannot be returned or exchanged in Sephora at Kohl's locations. I'm sorry for any disappointment this may cause!
