Endless Password Reset Nightmare

This is day 6 your website and app keep asking me to reset password. As soon as I do, I am prompted to change my password again. I am unable to proceed with any purchase. I have called three times and all staff do is to reset m password once again. Staff have been no help. Is the AI of your web and app services broken? I am caught in the nightmare loop of password resets.
