Email discount issues

I’ve been getting emails for the last week that say there are specific products and brands each day that are 50% off. When I click that specific area of the email, it loads my ‘offers’ page on the site and nothing about the brands that are supposedly on sale?! I search around and can’t dins anything. 

same thing when the holiday kits when up early for Rouge - when I click, I can’t access them on the site. Help??

I keep trying to DM you but it takes me to a page that says ‘wrong page - go back to Community’. You’re correct though, I’m located in Canada. How do I fix the marketing emails that are coming to me so they are the Canadian version?

@AnnaShalal You should be able to update it by going to one of the emails and selecting "email preferences". You will then be able to switch the country and enter your postal code.
