EXCEPTION

My package was suppose to get delivered Jan 28, 2021. It says EXCEPTION on the Delivery Status.  

 

I ordered another item from Sephora and it was delivered no problem! 

 

I have tried to email and get in contact with FleetOptics for two weeks now and haven't heard back.

 

Please can someone help!
