EMPTY BOX OF PRODUCT???

Yesterday evening I was at Sephora store and bought Pore Professional Primer. Asked a Sephora Employee to help get a new box and she got the box and kept in my basket. I paid at the cashier and when I came home and opened the box..there was no product!!! what should I do...my $31???

Same thing just happened to me this week-end. I went back to the store and the worst thing is to be regarded as a liar by the manager. What do i gain from embarrassing myself in front of the employees when i just spent $191.72 at your store. If i was trying to steal why would i spend almost $200 on you? it makes no sense. Now i have $70 worth of product missing. i'm so glad i'm not the only one this happened to. i call sephora management they said they will open an investigation. we will see.

go back and bring your receipt and the box, they should let you exchange it! its probably just another case of somebody shop lifting sadly.:)
