Dyson really surprises me with this new product. I placed the order for the Rouge sale and I was super excited to open the box, and found out it doesn’t work. The part that suppose to connect the device to battery is crooked, so there is no way to turn it on. I emailed Sephora customer service, and the answer I got is this product is under warranty, and I have to contact Dyson directly, so we are not going to mention what Sephora can do in this situation? Is there still one thing called exchange that Sephora used to offer? I used to be a huge fun of Sephora and now it’s not the same. It definitely takes a lot more time to build trust with customers than ruin it.

I’m only seeing it for sale on Sephora USA right now. Any idea when it will be available in Sephora Canada? I don’t want to buy it from Dyson when it can majorly boost my beauty insider points!!
