Do points expire?

Im so confused? On my Apple wallet it says I’m a VIB member but on the app it says I’m an insider with 0 points and i never use my points. I’ve been getting 10% for the sale when it should be 20% or am I missing something?????IMG_1475.png

@ArianJas Points don’t expire as long as you have made a purchase or redeemed a reward or free birthday gift within the last year. I will send you a PM.
