Dissappointed of Sephora

I am making this post because i have to express how bad i feel, during this labor weekend sale. This monday i spent a hole day trying to place an order on sephora´s website which was canceled 4 times. Then i called the costumer service many times to try to correct the problem, but it was unsuccesful. So ,after many attempts i couldn´t buy anything.

What is the point on giving me a discount that i can´t use because of neglicence of the company? This was my first time buying online and was the worst eperience i ever have.
