Disgusted at the recent display of discrimination by Sephora.

I am outraged and disgusted at Sephora’s display of hateful discrimination against Amanda Ensing for her affiliation with the Republican Party. Political discrimination is REAL, and no one should EVER be “cancelled” because of their beliefs or alignment with a certain ideology, regardless of where they are on the political spectrum. The way Sephora cut ties with Ensing because of her standing up for what she believes in is not only wrong, but it is unwarranted. There is no evidence that Ensing condoned violence of any kind, and she was quick to condemn the actions of the terrorists who stormed the capitol on January 6th. Sephora only used this excuse for Ensing to send a message: that they are not the company that claims they strive for inclusivity and welcomes all beliefs and identities. I will be taking my money elsewhere and closing my account.
