Disappointing service at Sephora

Sephora will first let you choose 2 samples at the time of placing order and then conveniently not send any samples with your order. If you contact customer support for this they will ‘apologize’ and offer you 50 points (25 for each missing sample). This doesn’t mean even cover one reward to try in place of the samples. This is one of the worst way to save money, and very disappointing.

@Red02 I apologize for the disappointment and I will share this feedback with the appropriate department for future improvements.
