Didn’t received discount from the kohls sephora store fortcollins

I bought some product from kohls sephora store fortcollins but didn’t get appropriate discount that i could receive by purchasing from sephora app. I was a bit disappointed when i got to know that I messaged their customer care. But they haven’t responded any thing.
