Didn’t receive samples

I was really hoping to try the new Laura mercier powder shade in honey, especially since we can’t take samples in store anymore. I was sent some random shampoo sample that I can’t even use on my hair texture. What is Sephora doing to remedy this?

I understand that but this should be clearly stated where the samples are at the online checkout. Samples motivate customers to place orders at certain times so that they can try new items, especially since they can’t try in store. When samples are out of stock, they need to be taken off the site. Sephora needs to do better. Please pass this on. I know you’re just doing your job. Thanks.
