Didn't receive samples

Hi, I made an online purchase on July 18th, I just today received my package and I come to find out that I didn't received my promised samples, I also used a coupon to obtain another sample and I didn't receive it either, very disappointed!

Samples aren't promised, it says that substitutes will be made if they are out of stock.  Your promo code may have run out of stock, sometimes they cancel those if they can't fulfill it.  I know it sucks but its free product to begin with.
