Didn't receive 100 pt reward I redeemed

Hi, I received my order yesterday and the two 100-point rewards that I added to the order didn't arrive in the package. There should have been a Rare Beauty Perfect Strokes mascara and the Biossance Squalane + Copper Peptime serum. They are still available on the website and the points were deducted from my account. If possible, I'd still like to receive the items or have the 200 points added back to my account!
