Did the policy regarding samples change?

I went to my local store to get a sample of a perfume I’ve been wanting to buy. My skin is reactive, and some scents don’t work with my skin. I hate buying a bottle just to return it. The associate I spoke to said, “ No, we don’t do samples.” Did the policy change because of the pandemic? This is my first time going to a physical location since March 2020, so idk.

A sephora near me said the same, but one a bit further away offered to make samples for me! It's a bummer, but if you want to know other ways to get samples , I've done my research!

I'm sorry to hear your local Sephora store isn't able to make samples at this time. I recommend reaching out to the Sephora store and request to speak with the Store Director for more details and to see if they plan on offering samples again in the near future.
