Did not receive samples

I didn’t get any samples that shoulf come with my order. to be honest first experience bought online at sephora as well. any thoughts? should i complain or just move on. thank you

I’m a VIB rouge and I haven’t received any samples with a few of my online orders. I think we need to complain.
