Denied sample in store 

On June 17th 2022 I went in store to the Temecula location trying to find a fragrance that reminded me of my late mother to gift to my father. I didn’t want to just buy something that smelt nice to me I really wanted the item to create a moment for him when he smelt it. I decided to try and get a sample to bring home to show him so I could get one that really reminded him of my mother. When I asked for a sample of one that I thought would capture my mother’s essence I was told that they don’t give samples. I was bummed because I didn’t want to pay $150 for something that didn’t remind him of her. Has anyone has the same problems getting a sample of a product or a fragrance?

Same, asked about getting a sample to see if my husband liked it before I bought it and they told me they don’t do samples at all anymore
