Delivery problem with Deliverit

Deliver-it they “attempted” delivery and then said it wasn’t safe to leave my package. This carrier has no customer service ever! I tried calling but they said to track on their website. I do not know how can i get my package. I do not understand why sephora uses this stupid carrier for delivery company. Please use different carriers! I think it was last order from sephora app
