Delivered to wrong address

Hi! I received an email that my Sephora package has been delivered. My address was entered correctly, however, the picture attached in the email of where the package was left does not match our building’s mailroom, and I have not received the package. How do we resolve this? I’m very disappointed as it also contained my birthday reward.
