Delivered but not received

Being a nursing student in class that isn’t online during a pandemic is no joke. I ordered 75 dollars worth of makeup that is just a ghost delivery. Says delivered & where it was delivered but it never arrived. This was the only thing I have been looking forward to after the long days of spending hours in textbooks, hours in class, and I cannot get a hold of fedex because they say they “confirmed it” no picture or anything just a confirmation number? And Sephora tells me to wait three days before I can even hit the contact us button.. well it’s day number two and I don’t think that package is showing up ... I would like my money back or my products please... I’m a broke college student paying for school on my own I don’t have the money to throw away on this I don’t receive
