Delayed Shipping

I know that because of COVID-19 and all, that shipping has been delayed, and I understand why. But I placed an order on April 18th and it's now almost two weeks later and I haven't heard anything. Again, I understand why there are delays, but that is a bit much. My friend placed an order a few days after me and her stuff was sent out last week, so when is my order going to be sent out?

I'm in the same situation, I placed two other orders and they still haven't been shipped. Honestly it sucks to wait but under the circumstances it's understandable.

With extended store closures, and our Spring Savings promotion, we are processing a high volume of orders that is unfortunately resulting in long order processing delays.  The safety of our distribution center employees and our clients is our top priority, which means that responsible workforce safety precautions result in fewer people than usual processing orders at one time. If you placed an order, it will be shipped out and you will hear back from us with any updates when available.

 

You can view the expected delivery date and track your order on Sephora.com and in the Sephora app.  Please allow a few additional days from the posted delivery date to allow for processing and carrier delays.  You will receive an email if the delivery date is updated, as well as email confirmation once your order ships. We sincerely appreciate your patience!

I ordered first day of sale and received my package within a couple days, then I placed another order on the 22nd and same thing... crickets...”in process”
