Damaged product in online order

Hi!

I just received an online order, and when I opened the box, I noticed a powder bronzer I had ordered had completely shattered and crumbled everywhere. Can I go to the nearest store in my area and exchange it for a new one?

This just happened with my order too. Two Huda Beauty Obsessions palettes came with shattered shadows. I've never had any issues with online orders before, so I'm not sure what to do about it.

I'd say yes! But make sure your store has the product you want first. It's never been an issue for me returning something- 🙂
