Damaged product, Sephora Favorites kit

Hi,

I just received my order which included the Sephora Favorites Clean Me Up kit.  The kit looks great but unfortunately the Saie item was broken open and spilled over all the contents of the kit.

i appreciate the minimal packaging of this set but in the case it didn’t protect enough.  The external package box was not damaged and all the other items I ordered were fine.

I don’t really want a replacement since I managed to clean off the rest of the kit, but would it be possible to get a partial credit for what is an unusable portion of the kit?
