Damaged online delivery - Hourglass palette

I am so bummed, I received my online order of the Unlocked Hourglass palette because Coupon Cabin had a one time coupon instead of waiting for the next sale but it arrived severely damaged today. Most of the highlight was in pieces when I opened it.  I have been wanting to buy this since it came out and my local Sephora doesn’t carry it for me to even go exchange it which would negate my Coupon Cabin discount. Not a happy camper.
