Damaged Sephora x House of lashes palette

Hi, I purchased the House of Lashes® x Sephora Collection Versailles Eyeshadow Palette, and it arrived having one of the pots severely damaged, with a scratch almost down to the pan. Is a replacement possible? I can provide pictures.
