Damaged Palettes

ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS - Norvina Eyeshadow Palette

Im not from Florida but I went into the Disney springs store yesterday and spent over $200. This included purchasing a Norvina palette. When I got back to where im staying I opened the palette to find it smashed and broken. I know this wasn’t by me as I had other palettes in the same back that was fine and I was so careful with the bag. I will not be going back to Disney springs before I leave to go back to the uk but I really need this exchanged or fixed. I payed a lot of money in the store and I’m very upset about this. Any way of exchanging without going back to the store?
