DID NOT RECEIVE MY FREE SAMPLES

Ordered recently and I got my order in the mail today. No samples, even though I did select them during checking out online.

I also didn't received my free samples. I just received my package today. When I opened my package I was disappointed that I didn't see any of the free samples that I ordered. I double checked my orders and it clearly shows I have ordered two free samples. Very disappointed...because I ordered this package as a birthday gift to myself. Wasn't expecting this to happen 😞

I also did not receive my free samples nor any replacement samples. What a disappointment! First time ordering and probably my last if they don't correct this.

I didn't get any samples either, nor the birthday gift/sample. The package slip said I was supposed to get them but it didn't come with anything at all. I understand I might not get what I chose as the two freebies, but I thought I would at least get two of something and the birthday one. Pretty disappointed as I was looking forward to trying some new products.
