Customer service

My account is under review since Monday NOV 21-2022. Since Monday, I have been told that within 48h my account would be resolved and all promotions would be honoured by Sephora. We are now Saturday and I have yet to hear from anyone. As a ROUGE member this is horrific customer service treatment. I’m have missed multiple sales and promotions.  I have no apology or follow up. I was not even notified that my order from Monday was cancelled. Can I please get clarification and a follow up on the review that was suppose to be resolved since Wednesday?
