Customer Service Issue - Resolved! =)

Finally! Over a month later the issue of going to a Sephora miles and miles away to go home to an empty bottle of makeup, me calling them and them having me return back to the store miles and miles away to replace my make up, I get there and they are out of my shade. Which means they didn't bother to check even after I told them it was really far. This issue has been resolved. I have my make up which the store shipped free of charge!  Yay I can love Sephora again. I was worried there for a minute. Thanks for coming through for me Laura and Keely.
