Credit card not linked to account

They sent me a new card and now my credit card is not linked to my beauty insider account. I have rewards I want to redeem, but the checkout doesn't give me the option to use them. It wants me to apply for a card, which I already have saved as my payment. I've seen others here looking for help with the same issue. What was the fix for this if customer service reps couldn't help?

Can someone PLEASE help me with this same issue? It is incredibly frustrating.

Same issue here, I've tried everything and called and talked to multiple people and it never gets fixed

Same thing is happening to me. They sent me a new card with a new card number and now the rewards program section just says "apply today" or whatever. Did anyone figure out how to fix this? I'd like to use my credit card rewards.

Sorry I turned on my PMs now in settings. I already called the sephora ph# and was told it's a comenity issue. I call comenity and they say it's a sephora issue. So I am getting sent back and forth and its incredibly frustrating.

Sent a PM to where? I didn't get any kind of notification that someone had even replied to me, and I set up to get an email if anyone responded

@bethorama You can view your PMs and reply to DaneeBT directly by selecting the bell or envelope in the top right hand corner.
